SnapMatrix Privacy

SnapMatrix is a product of CHILVIEW LLC.

Screenshots, recordings, and annotations stay on the customer’s computer. Chilview does not host, upload, or collect customer captures.

If a customer connects their own backend in Settings, files leave the device only to that backend. Chilview does not operate that storage.

Checkout uses Stripe. Stripe processes the card and email used to pay. We store the license key, seat count, and Stripe subscription id so we can issue and renew access. We do not sell personal data.
