SnapMatrix Terms

SnapMatrix desktop is licensed by CHILVIEW LLC. The current live app is for Mac.

Screenshots work without a paid plan. Annotation, recording, Library, and other tools require an Individual or Organization yearly subscription.

Individual: one user, one license, $34.99 per year.

Organization: $37.99 per user per year for 1–100 users. At 101 or more users the rate for every user is $34.99 per year. Seats stay with the organization.

Plans are annual. Cancel means the subscription does not renew. Access continues until the paid year ends.

No monthly plan. No lifetime plan.

Captures stay on the customer machine unless they connect their own backend.
