Every screenshot and recording is stored in a local Library on the Mac that took it. No captures and no personal machine data are ever sent to Chilview — there is no Chilview cloud copy to secure, leak, or subpoena.
If your organization wants its own backup, SnapMatrix can save to infrastructure you control: your own HTTPS API, or your own Supabase project (magic link sign-in). That connection is optional and belongs entirely to you.
And if a machine changes hands, all local data can be wiped from Settings.

Organization: $37.99 per user/year for 1–100 users. At 101 or more users, the whole organization drops to $34.99 per user/year.
Solo user? The Individual plan is $34.99/year.
Plans are annual. There is no monthly plan and no lifetime plan.

Where are our team's captures stored?

Can we back up to our own infrastructure?
Yes — optionally connect your own HTTPS API or your own Supabase project for "Save my library". Chilview infrastructure is never required.
What happens when an employee leaves?
The seat stays with the organization. Reassign it to the next person; licenses transfer between employees.
Can we control who can record?
Yes. Recording can be turned on or off per person on organization plans.
Which platforms does SnapMatrix support?

How does licensing work?
Buy a yearly plan, activate with a license key in the app ("I have a key"), and manage organization seats from there. Screenshots are free forever; a plan unlocks annotation, recording, and the full Library.
